Who can provide C++ code for UI as following   (using BCG to achieve)?
UI as following: The top are menu and tool bar; the bottom section is divided into about two windows, the left window has a tree control; the right window is the multiple tabs, one tab is a grid control.

The answer to your question is: no one. You are going to have to show you're willing to do some work yourself. If you have questions, tell us what you've done, and we will try to help you.

You can do so too, as I see you agree.
OP should be advised: every expert choose to help only if it is interesting to do so, or in sympathy with the inquirer. "Do my job for me" type usually creates only negative response.
