How to create dll files from .net3.5

This is too basic a question so I am not sure if you've just begung programming or if you come from the native programming world where a DLL is actually not so easy for newbies.

If you have Visual Studio, just create a C# class library project and you are all set to go. Any public classes you add to this project can be accessed by any other project that adds a reference to this DLL (or project).
