I am not sure how you have such a project since you apparently do not understand the topic in the first place. My only suggestion would be to paste the project title into Google and go from there.

It sounds like homework because 99 times out of 100, a person asking a question like this who doesn't have a grasp of the requirements is usually in school. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong in this case.
