I have a DataGrid. I would like to set the Headers orientation= 45. How to set cell orientation. Help me through asp.net Code.

Are you use template fields?

        <asp:templatefield xmlns:asp="#unknown">
             <headertemplate></headertemplate>
         </asp:templatefield> </columns>

you mean to say header text will show rotate as 45'
then you need css to add it to header cell
