Higlight all occurences like eclipse does

Is there any plugin for VS 2003/2008 that would allow to higlight all occurences of "current" (the one that cursor is located in) reference name ?

Something like Eclipse does when you click an item in text editor...

Yes. CodeRush and ReSharper do this kind of thing. For VS 2008, DevExpress recently released CodeRush Xpress for free. CodeRush Xpress[^].

The full CodeRush is also available for VS 2003, though the current retail version might just be VS 2005/8.
