Custom Map in Windows Phone 7

Hey guys, hope you're well.

I'm a fairly average programmer but relatively new to Windows Phone 7. I wanna make an app in which there is an indoor map of a building. Problem is, Bing Indoor Maps are only for USA buildings thus far. Is there any way to utilise Bing Maps for a custom map? I dunno how to explain it without sounding noobish, but any way to replace the image whilst using the navigation framework?
