You need the source code. What are you trying trying to do? And do you mean dll, not ddl?

You want to 'edit' a dll ????? Amazing.. Use the decompiler to 'see' the source code of a dll ( only if its not obfuscated)

Thanks for reply. I tried using Reflector tool. With that i can only view the source code but it cannot be editable. Kindly help.

Your welcome, I havent used the too much but the resharper comes in handy
Use the dll editor . Check the details at the end of the article
