how to convert form value to int and store in variable "PHP"
i am using this one
$marks=(int)$_POST['marks'];
help??????

hi, php does not has explicit datatypes, just use like:
$marks=$_POST['marks'];
and it will tells you when you check the datatype like
echo"\$marks=";var_dump($marks);echo "
";
