Solution 1

Dont you feel it is important to mention that it is a asp.net mvc wesite? If your host does not support asp.net mvc then you need to bin deploy the assemblies.

Solution 2

your website is got getting the reference of Microsoft.Web.Infrastructure. If you are not using it then erase it from your web.config file and from pages also.
