blogging and article based web application

Hello everyone.

I got a little problem ... It may sound silly to mst of u.

Actually i want to start a new project . I want it to b more like code project . Bt i dnt understand how to save text formatting details, images in database. If anyone can help me??? .. Nd wid the database design. Should i use asp.Net web forms to develop such application.???? Please guide me. :-)

Thats a very 'little' problem... Use asp.net with sql server at the backend.. Other related technologies required will be javascript, jquery, ajax, css, html etc....

Solution 1

You can use whatever web based technology you want, so it may be based on which ones you know or which ones you want to learn. Ultimately, the end-user is going to use a browser to interact with your site as html.

I'll be using asp.net web forms. bt I got a confusion, how should I save content formatting instructions like font, Images etc. Like we do in a blog???
