This question makes no sense at all. "Non-image file" is not a definition of anything certain. This is the same as "how to convert anything at all to an image file". There is no "convert" which could possibly be defined.

hi Lina99... i have stored the document in DataBase in Bytes .Now i want to convert bytes into File Format.......

The process of converting document files (like text, excel..etc) is called rasterization. However, this will not work on all file types (for example audio).
In my application I used leadtools to load document files (text, excel, doc and pdf) to an image then draw some annotations on it then save the result as jpeg images.

Solution 1

All files = excel and PDf... interesting.
1) Install PdfCreator[^] PDF printer
2) Set up this printer to print to image instead of pdf. You can select several image formats.
2) Using interop and/or verbs print your documents to this printer
There you have them.
