KeralaUSA.com is a community website which uses a a font called Karthika to read news in malayalam which is one the Indian languages.

There is a problem with the site, when the user types in "http://www.keralausa.com" the malayalam font displays properly, on the other hand if the user skips www part ie "http://keralausa.com" or "keralausa.com" the font is not readable.

We contacted the site hosting company and they mentioned that it has something to do with our programming, but we could't figure out the cause or solution.

The site is designed in 2005 Visual Studio.net ASP.Net/C#/AJAX and hosted on a Windows 2003 server.

I am getting the below text on both links

-------------------------
\yqUÂln: sXep¦m\ kw`h¯n P\PohnXw kvXw`n¨ncnt¡ {]iv\w NÀ¨ sN¿m³ tI{µ kÀ¡mÀ kÀhI£n tbmKw hnfn¨p. B{Ôbnse F«v cmjv{Sob ]mÀ«nIsfbmWv P\phcn A©n\v tbmK¯n\mbn hnfn¨ncn¡p¶Xv. {]iv\ ]cnlmc¯n\mbn tIm¬{Kkv tImÀ I½nän Hc

This is nothing to do with the host. try opening the sites, same time on different windows of the same browser. I think they must display the same content as programing has no effect.

Thanks for your response!

All our computers display the text properly when we use wwww. with the link(www.keralausa.com), but on all computers the text is unreadable like what you got without wwww. (just keralausa.com)

We have asked several of our friends and relatives who uses the site and most of them doesn't have any problem with www.keralausa.com. There are a couple of people face the problem with or without www. Is it related to browser or something? If so any idea how to fix this? All computers tested shows text unreadable wiithout www. What do we need to make keralausa.com act exactly like www.keralausa.com?
