How To Check which SQL server Job is running currently.

Hi There,

I am come across one scenario where my service is processing some file and insert data into database, but at particular time our SQL server job is running and during that any DB related operation through service gets failed throwing error sql server timeout error. So could you please help me to avoid processing of files during SQL server job is running.

Solution 1

Increase the timeout for your SqlCommands or schedule the job to run at off peak times.

Is there any way to check running sql server job if exist any sql serve job then stop our processing service, and let job get executed first and then start our service.
