ObjectListView is a WinForms control. Using it in a WPF application is possible, but sometimes more effort than it is worth.
You can certainly use MVVMLight to bind the various ObjectListView properties to a ViewModel. However, a significant chunk of ObjectListView's functionality can't be controlled solely through properties. For those extra bits, you'd have to write code in your View.
Apart from that, I can't see any reason why you couldn't use MVVMLight with ObjectListView.
