Introduction

When you work on a LAN network and you want to say something to your co-workers, you use POPUP to do it. But it is a very poor tool. So, I improved it and it gave a new name NET Send. You can put smiley faces, or you can send your message to Groups, or ..... you can use shortcut keys, many options, set signature for each message, auto reply, play sound when you have a new message, always on top, ..............

Hope you will enjoy it. Warning: This program has got some small errors. ;-)
