Code Project Virtual Tech Summit Session

If you missed the premiere of one of our virtual tech summits you'll still be able to view these sessions. This video originally premiered in our Agile Development Summit February 23, 2011.

Abstract

Richard Banks talks about his experiences in helping teams implementing agile techniques such as Scrum and Kanban and the common mistakes people make and the lessons that can be learned from them. If you're thinking about implementing agile or are currently in the process of doing it, or even if you’ve made the change but it doesn’t seem to be working out as well as you’d hoped, then this session could be just what you need to reset the compass and avoid the mistakes and pitfalls that others have made.
