Introduction

Provide mobile realtime geo and sensor data for filling out herbicide application reports

Background

Herbicide applicators are required by law to keep detailed reports of the application of chemicals that are controlled under local and state regulations.  For each chemical they have to report location of application, tempature, wind speed, precipitation and amont of controlled chemical per acre to name a few.  This is a very time consuming process.  Accuracy is lost when the reports are filed after application back at the office.

Using the code

Code has not yet been generated.  General design will consist of the following:

• Chemical list with EPA code and Active Ingrediant usage rate
• Tank Mixer (multiple chemical mixing) with premade tank selection
• Applicator Data (Tractor, Backpack or hand held sprayer)
• Weather Data
• Location Data
• Company Info Herbicide Licenses
• Report Generator
• AI Usage Archive Retreival
  

Points of Interest

Will be using Azure for Cloud access and Metro style buttons for quick entry.  Also access onboard Compass for wind direction and GIS data for location info and streaming local weather conditions.  Was wondering if I could use the Gyro data to accurately calculate wind speed?!
