OSHA compliance for Lock Out Tag Out procedures of energy source data collection and presentation for manufacturing production equipment using a Windows Tablet PC.  The tablet will allow users to collect energy source data while at the equipment, take pictures of the equipment, take pictures of the energy source described and store the data in a local MySQL database on the Tablet.  The Tablet will store the data locally and using a wireless connection, upload a copy to a master MySQL production server where the data can be managed by Engineering to produce the LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) printed procedure to be displayed at the machine.  The Tablet will also be used to perform local production equipment Annual audit inspections required for OSHA compliance.

OSHA requires that a LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedure be displayed on any supported manufacturing production equipment and audited every 12 months.  We have over 7000 pieces of equipment that need these procedures and a system to provide the management and compliance of these procedures.
