Cooking like a Maniac

There is always a game you have played the time you were a child and always wonder what the name of this awesome game was. Well in my case, this game was about having a restaurant and managing it and that kind of stuff. The funny part, me and my friends always had great fun with was the kitchen where you can make your own dishes and recipes. You could throw sliced snakes looking like olives on your pizza, or make super cheesy food with chopped socks in it, or make cakes out of banana peels.

The game idea is unbounded cooking. Don't get me wrong: It is not about some un-ordinary ingredients been thrown in a bowl. You would also have total average food like eggs, onion and so on. But besides, you can purée three slugs to a sauce and serve it next to normal meatball spiced with salt, pepper, eggshell, you name it.

Games, with boundless and free playing but also with easy and neat organization, always have proven to be a hit. Why? Because everyone likes to create something individual and unique, on the other hand messy and confusing games are No-Go's.

Jefferson Chef is a game, made for fun cooking. You can make your own recipes and formulas or take existing one but while cooking you can give them your personal (weird) touch. You can share the food you made with your friends and let them judge it by giving stars or something.

Development Approach

For the developing of these game, I thought of using WPF. I haven't designed the game completely but I thought of something like this:

(Keep in mind this is only an imagination of the game to be.)

I started taking an interest into computer science almost 3 years ago. First it was some simple Hello World Programs. Then I tried to study computer science at home in a more professional way. Now, having learnt 3 programming languages(java, c#, Python), I go through some hard learn stuff like complex algorithms and maths, which I probably would go through when I am a actual student at a University.(I still go to school. Senior classes.)
But one thing is for sure: I love the endless power you get when you are coding, because you could do (almost) every possible thing.
