Sandcastle Help File Builder

Sandcastle, created by Microsoft, is a tool used for creating MSDN-style documentation from .NET assemblies and their associated XML comments files. The Sandcastle Help File Builder consists of a GUI front end that lets you interactively manage and build help file projects using Sandcastle. The project files can also be built from the command line using MSBuild. Projects can also be extended using custom build components and plug-ins.
