Polygon Straight Skeleton / Offset / Border Creation

To get Straight Skeleton of a Polygon is time consuming, and it is not easy to optimize and stabilize the implement at the same time.
My implement is well optimized and well tested. It can offset simple polygon with holes and create broken/continues borders.
It's implemented purely on C#, with .Net Framework 2.0. It's optimized and well tested for commercial usage.
