Absolutely.

Giving them the link to google with the solution, based on their question with a message that says "you could have got this yourself, much quicker" gives a gentle reprimand, the answer, and removes the question from the unanswered list.

I don't generally downvote, and I wouldn't for a single case of "I can't be bothered to do it for myself" but I will if the OP repeats the stupidity several times.
