Hi guys i'm studying in class 12(India) and would like to know which book is good for c++. I have been referred the book by Sumita Arora, i have it but i dont think its enough.
I want a book which has more detailed theory and a range of good practice questions.I know that this question is not quite straightforward and few might feel theres no definite answer but still i would like to know the best one that would suit my situation. I would not need a book that is very high to class 12 level, nor a book that is too lengthy as i may not get enough time, nor a one that is a bit high to my level. ALso do remember i'm using the age old turbo c++ 4.5 version and can't change it so it(Thats the syllabus) wouldn't matter to have the latest revision (i.e c++14 or c++11). Also would like to know if there some books that give me good cbse questions!
I'm about to enter college so choose a book of that level. Also please don't select a international edition as they cost Rs.4000-5000 my budget would be something below Rs.1500.
I also would like to purchase the product from flipkart .. as i live in a small town(Hosur) there are not a good range of book shops to choose from locally so would prefer flipkart or ebay.
If you are not following the Commonwealth Games, here[^] is the latest medals tally.
India have done ok.
They should have done better.
One thing that bothers me is that most countries have approximately equal gold and silver counts e.g. 11 gold and 12 silver.
India, however, have twice as many silver as gold - cases of missed opportunities.
Just yesterday, we won 6-7 silver in wrestling but could not convert any of them into a gold.
I have been watching it closely.. A day before we won 3 Gold in the same arena.. It must have been one odd day for wrestling..
We did win lot of bronze medals in shooting..and just a few rounds before Our players were heading the table.. Its probably they were not able to hold their nerve.!
Currently I am going training for a marathon - strength training and cardio. I can now really appreciate the hardwork that Athletes have to go through in a competitive sport such as weight lifting/running/cycling. Any achievement is actually a good achievement given the circumstances for India. It is very easy to say that they should have done better but the amount of hard work and sacrifice which each Athlete has to put is phenomenal.
What a lame display of batting. Pathetic to say the lease. But didn't even fight. Even the team selection was also having the issue. Except Rahane and Vijay to some extent no one played well.
We lost a golden chance of winning the series abroad.
That will be a big problem for us. I never thought that he would be having that much of an impact. Anyway it is not the bowling which is the major challenge. Batting seems to be biiger issue. We should include Ashwin and Gambhir into the squal to get it better.
He proved to be a failure. Infact apart from his debut inning he doesn't have much to display. He should have been replaced in third match itself but Dhoni's antipathy towards Gambhir is what shielding him.
