Semi final over, KXIP slide to final. What a match that was !
KXIP made a huge mountain of 226 runs and CSK want to climb it up, they have started well but unable to survive their batsman on crease (Even MSD was on the crease till last ball, really it was a rare case when MSD on crease and match lost) and finally CSK (Raina) lost.
There was a stunning performance by Raina but KXIP strike well in BAT, BALL and FIELD which leads to victory
Now the day comes who decide the winning KING, now its a fight between Knight vs Lion.
As per my anticipation,
Winning Team - KXIP
Highest scoring Batsman - Uthappa
Highest run-rate Batsman - ?? (Are you talking about strike rate ?)
Highest wicket taking Bowler - Mohit Sharma
Best economy Bowler - Ankit Sharma (RR)
Man of the Match - Virender Sehwag
Glad the Batsman strike rate didn't decide it as I didn't put a minimum score on there, so in theory someone could have come out scored a 6 on their 1st ball, out the next and had a strike rate of 300.
You didn't update your team for the final? Was you evening it up after I failed
to update for the last couple of Group Games?
I did made the change one day before but cancelled that thinking I will do this once the team is announced but got lot of other work on Sunday and completely missed this. I infact didn't even check the scorecard.
Are you going to post final standings?
I will try to post that today. Anyway nothing much changed in the final. Leprachaun left the league before the finals (not sure why) but there also the standings are all same.

Yes I've fallen into that trap many a time.

I think we are right in our thinking of who it is. Not sure why the secrecy or the removing of the team but he has been acting differently(strangely) for the last 12 months, maybe married life has changed him?
No he's probably watching Raina and crying at the prospect of this Summer.
It's a shame England players can't participate, or the contracted ones anyway.
How do you think the IPL is going to affect India's home advantage? The differnce in you pitches is seen as a big thing over here which made our recent win all the more remarkable. But with all these Aussies and Sout Africans getting all this practice won't it take away that advantage from your International team?
