Freedom of religion should be second to the rule of the land in my opinion. People should be able to practice their religious beliefs so long as they do not interfere with or deviate from the law.
That's precisely my point.

I also don't think temples, mosques, and churches should get tax exemptions.
That would be a near impossible target to hit. Our netas will not dare go anywhere near that because those are vote banks, and a number of politicians may also be taking a cut off the bigger sum (unless you want to believe that the trusts governing the incomes of religious bodies are utterly honest and truthful - in which case, I've a beautiful bridge for sale in Sydney, NSW).
Any attempts at this may be sensationalized beyond imagination by the (government controlled) media and the whole thing will blow up like a spectacle.
I use uBlock Origin[^] and view it with Chrome. I basically prevent the site's ability to run inline scripts (and most other scripts), and block the spyware and malware it delivers, along with their ability to sell my details to third parties without my consent.
I suggest that you install and try uBlock Origin, it's pretty easy to use it to customize what you'd like to allow/block[^] on any website. Some sites that you know could be potentially privacy invading or malicious, you could block them on a 'global' level.
"Courts cannot supplant its own interpretations over the text of scriptures"
This is pathetic!

Because one could otherwise believe that they're a Jedi warrior (just so you know, more than 70000 Australians have declared their religion as a Jedi in the last census) and carry a light saber and slash people around because the Jedi religious scripture says it's OK to do so.
If its not joke then this is point to worry for our country since the so called Islamic minority in our country is no more minority anymore and if their boards wanted to run above constitution then we have enough seen of ISIS and Taliban. If you don't remember that Owaisi guy once said, lift the police force for fifteen minutes and we will vanquish remaining 75% population of India of remaining religion. I am not generalizing this but yeah there are people like that and definitely they are more than 70000.
Its all dirty politics, after Independence in the name of minority and use them as Vote banks our politician bow to such boards and declare their support putting aside constitution of the country. I have seen their women coming out and opposing similar lousy practices and stand up against it but nothing can be done who would wanted to lose vote bank.

Nope? Want to instead abide ONLY by the laws of some religious scripture? Consider migrating to one of those countries that has established their laws based on those religious scriptures.
In India, its very risky to bring such things in open otherwise there would be 'blasphemy'
You can have all the tools in the world but if you don't genuinely believe in yourself, it's useless.
This AAP government came to power with too much hope and optimism. But in the past few months, the scandal and suspension is what coming out of the delhi.
Is the govt really not working?? For everything , he says ask PM or Jung as he has no power.
Is AAP really governing?? They still have support?
Too much of good is bad,mix some evil in it
Some people wait for opportunities like this to come out and vandalize public property or whatever they could lay their hands on. I doubt that most of those criminals truly care about the underlying cause of the protest they're taking part in.
Because they have political backing and the penalties are not severe enough, most of them get away easily.
That is unfair...I know that it is not the layman of Karnataka and TN doing this...It is done by people who are looking to make this a political issue and to keep the issue burning for political gain...I would request people from both the states to remain calm and united. After all we all belong to one country INDIA. We all should be united. When the people of Chennai faced a disaster last year, it was also people from Karnataka who jumped in with huge support...So lets stay calm..help each other to take this country towards progress and not support the retards who want to blow the peace for their own benefit...
