How come the people of Gujarat suffered him for 12 years without kicking him out of power.
Either they are stupid, or have no alternative or he is good. Or is there any other reason for him to be CM for 4 straight times.
The map is not accessible but I knew it. That is pretty obvious due to high Muslim and Christian population. Also I always believed that there are more vegetarians in South India compared to North Inida but I was wrong - Gujarat and Rajasthan are probably the top two in vegetarians.

That is a bit strange. Both these states have very little cultivation land, but still they stick to veggies.
Some thing to do with religion. But religious customs are always modified/altered based on the availability of resources. Like Begal brahmins eating fish [by saying it as Jala pushpam]
Coming to Kerala, more than 95% of population should eat meat to become top, as it's population is very small when compared with states like MP, UP or AP.

Correct. Even hindus eat, but I guess for most of the Keralites it is the staple food.
While people of other states eat it ocassionally ( twice or thrice a week ) malayalees eat it almost daily. And I know few mallus who even have them as evening snacks (daily)
This year has been crazy with me switching job and lots of traveling. So its a happy feeling that I can finally take some time off and relax
So this Friday will be my last working day and will be back after a 3.5 weeks. Yay.
