But if not - who'll know about the tool?
I don't trust tools who need to convince me of their value using "free" tools. It implies that your software is worth the amount of money available for ads - near zero.
SqlCodeGuard wrote: Anyway i don't think that such kind of app will be popular - from my experience - nobody cares about T-SQL code. And even if somebody cares - they will not use any tools.
Get the elephant out! Sorry, but I'm called whenever a LINQ-query does not perform. Strangely enough, TSQL ain't dead, and there's more people who know how to use the profiler than there were five years ago.
SqlCodeGuard wrote: But in SQL world (to be more specific - in MS SQL Server world) - such kind of tool are not popular at all.
Correct. Because there ain't that much tools that actually add value. TSQL is alive and kicking however, and there's a huge amount of SQL-developers that are looking for tools to help in their daily tasks.
Stop spamming, add an article that shows how your free software adds value

It'll be considered spamming if you're promoting a product in a forum that's primarily aimed at helping to create correct code. Brace for impact, and start that article. Even if it merely saves 5 minutes of time, some developer will be grateful it exists.
