I have done so in parts of the article text but was hoping to avoid having to do this in the pre sections. Judging from the anwser Chris gave me I do not have to format the Xaml located within a <pre lang="XML"> section. I will ofcourse make sure before I actually submit.

I submitted my artical on 18-12-2013 on Webgrid MVC and i was able to see its status as pending for approval from the community. But today 19-12-2013 i am unable to find my artical in MyArticals tab.
It was my 1st artical, kindly help me with the status of my artical and why i can't see it in my profile.
I have an article here : tailFile: Blazing fast tail utility (watch files in real time)[^] which I had deleted in the past, but people still were able to download the source.
That article is supposedly deleted and does not show up under my articles, but people are still able to get to it.
Anyways, now I've tried to update the article and I put a note on it to the editor, but the article doesn't show up. *Now, I'm ready to go ahead and add the article back to codeproject again, but it doesn't seem to work, but people are still downloading my code. Can someone please help with this?
~Newton *Note:I originally had to delete my articles because there was a possibility of a publishing contract going on.
Hi, the file XMLResult.png is missing which is why you can't see it in the article. If you upload it again, you should be good to go. I have fixed the span issue in the code blocks. That should be okay now.
Can I request a feature of having a poll in article forum? I want to add a validator to my XML library but either DTD or Schema is not trivial to implement. I was thinking if there is a way to poll my reader opinion on this. Please keep this in consideration when thinking of new features to add to CodeProject. Thanks!
There is a bug on the submission page on Sunday where I got the unable to make article available error which I re-submitted 45 times which finally went through after I clicked "cancel" button. And I was not able to download my source code from the article which might be related (error).
Please see below for my latest article
Problem is I don't see any comment section underneath and I haven't received the article posting points after posting.
I know that there were Problems with Autors asking a for donations, but since it seems to be a Blog entry I suspect that that One slippend in by accident, that is why i post it here - Any Way to remove The donation sentence?
I have taken a look to the article submission guidelines, and I have found that I should add copyright or references to articles and books, have you any examples how to add them ?
I need to know what I should do to publish this article because it take me time and effort and now it's not accepted
If you are just copying from other articles then it is not your own work. Also if it is something that is already published then other people should be able to find it the same way you did. Articles should be based on work that you have done yourself, not just the result of searching the internet or books for what others have done.
Creative Commons may not apply to all of your source material if it comes from books. The publishers and authors retain copyright. Unless you can prove that copyright is not an issue in any of the parts of your article, it will not be approved.
The reason of deleting was the article with Creative Commons license, so now my article should be accepted if this reason still not valid, if you have any other thing that I should prove, I have no problem to prove it !
You claim that part of your article takes tips from books, and we only have your word that the Creative Commons article is the only one you are linking out to. If the article is posted and you post anything at all that is covered by copyright then CodeProject is the site that is pursued for allowing copyright content to be posted.
So, in order to let this in, you will have to list all of the sources for each tip so that we can check that you are not breaching copyright. And we do check.
