The Bomb didn't work!

I tried to delete this thread: http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/4562110/problem-in-jform-connection-to-data-base-in-netbea.aspx[^] with the Protector Bomb button, (to prevent the OP getting flamed for posting in the wrong place, and as a test of The Power of Grayskull) but I got "You do not have permission to perform this action" - surely either I do have permission, or I shouldn't see the button?

I can see how it might be a little complex to handle all the necessary updates if you delete a thread in a forum and that might be why it is not working correctly. Ah! That explains it.
When I asked what it did, CM told me to mouse over for an explanation, and to wear goggles. I assume the goggles were so that I wouldn't see what it wouldn't do... Laugh | :laugh:

(In my defence, when I got the email to say I had joined the group, I was on a tablet, and reluctant to go near the icon in case it did what I suspect it was meant to...)

Looking at the source of one of my articles, I noticed a double "complete=true" attributes:

Not sure what that attribute is in the first place, but it's also strange that there are two of them.

I doubt I would have added that to the original... perhaps inserted by the RTE or by some server-side logic.

It's used to tell people to use the word please, which is considered polite in Western countries because it appears more like you are requesting something than giving an order. Hey Chris Not Working = the "Forgot your password?" link on the SIGN IN page (no href in the div) Working = the "Forgot your password?" link on the top right-hand pop-up layer The only way I could get my password was o use the Sign In at the top

File Server problem, Download problem

U think the file server is getting some problem. The download speed is slower than it was before and also no resume capable. The download frequently gets error in downloading files.
