Is this the best place to report an article? The article is almost 10 years old, but was just updated today and looks suspicious. The code is essentially copied from CodeForge and most of the text is taken from MSDN. I also posted a message on the article questioning the author. A Basic Media Player[^].

I think the Spam and Abuse Watch forum[^] is the best place to report plagarized articles.
