Encrypt a field in the database. vanikanc1-Feb-13 5:31 vanikanc 1-Feb-13 5:31  Hi, I have a field in the database that has credit card number in it. Bottom line, how can we encrypt this information using SQL SERVER? I need to encrypt it for a brief period of time, like 15 minutes, then the table is truncated.
