Very. I can't complain though - speaking there is giving me a chance to catch up with a few people. I'm tempted to make this my last formal speaking gig though - I think I'll be moving more towards talking to User Groups.
"Why would anyone prefer to wield a weapon that takes both hands at once, when they could use a lighter (and obviously superior) weapon that allows you to wield multiple ones at a time, and thus supports multi-paradigm carnage?"
Okay, I'm down in London for NDC London[^] between the 3rd and 5th December if any London based CPians would care to get together. Not sure where I'll be staying yet, but it will be somewhere within shouting distance of the ExCel.
You can opt IT my dear. There is no such constraints. You will keep learning as you study..
Remember Learning has no age. If you have the interest in codes you will prosper no matter what knowledge you have before that.
I bought my NAO since 1 year and I was planning to go into the direction of Robotic development but now I am working in car industry ( Infotainment & Telematic ). My NAO is completely new and I tested it only once (It will be as if you receive for the first time from Aldebaran).
Okay, given the geographic divergence in the UK, I propose to hold a meet up in the North East on Tuesday 27th August, and a meetup in Scotland (either Glasgow or Edinburgh) the following week on the 4th September.
If someone cares to organise a meet up in the South for around this time, I will help out where I can, even though I will not be able to get there to attend (i.e. I'll book a venue and put a certain amount "behind the bar" so to speak). Oh, and there will be a spot prize at the North East event, courtesy of Sean.
I need numbers now - who can make it to these events.
I'm afraid I will be in Turkey on them dates so won't be able to make any but can you please make sure plenty of photographs are taken and uploaded for us all to see(and I mean publish ALL of them even the inevitable embarrassing ones towards the end of the night). Out of interest why the Tuesday I would have thought that the Bank Holiday Monday or even the Sunday would be better as it will allow more people to come as they won't need to worry about work the next day.
Especially gutted about missing the NE one as I'm sure you will show us a good time there.
