Microsoft to Provide Credit to Customers After Windows Azure Outage AspDotNetDev 25 Feb '13 - 12:39  computerweekly.com: The outage affected as many as 52 different Microsoft services, including Xbox Live, for up to 24 hours.   This is the second time they've had an outage due to an SSL certificate issue.
