The other day I was browsing some archives on an old disk drive and came across the T64 formatted binaries of some demo software I wrote for the Commodore 64 in the 1980s. Demo software is fun to write and is more about tricks and optimizations than business rules or data models. I had written a few fun projects in Silverlight a few years back and decided to convert some over to Windows 8.... Once again, I was amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to port the code over to Windows 8.
Bringing some old Commodore 64 image animation code to the latest Windows release.
