This is a very simple article, so I won't bore you with superfluous verbiage. The attached zip file contains the files necessary to create a WTL Application Wizard for Visual Studio .NET 2003 (v7.1). Simply unzip the AppWiz71.zip file into your existing WTL directory. It will create a subdirectory of your WTL directory named AppWiz71. Run the setup.js file in the AppWiz71 directory to install the Wizard. Then launch Visual Studio 2003, and you should see an ATL/WTL Application Wizard option under your C++ projects selection.
