That would describe my life, but now I'm heavily armed. I wonder if I can get a grant to teach rats how to shoot?

Yes, but only the good guys would be rats; humans can play the other parts, along with barnyard animals willing to wear intimate apparel.

I'm guessing the scientist behind all of this was harassed in his youth, and then probably attacked now and then as an adult.

Software Engineering is different from the traditional forms of engineering that are bound by the laws of physics. Software Engineering is only bound by the laws of stupidity.
