It just slipped out, honest guv'nor!
I informed the secretary not to put any more phone calls through as I was trying to finish something then shoot off for a bite to eat.
However what I actually said was "...then off for luncheon"
Yes, 'Luncheon' came out of my mouth!
They all looked at me and laughed then I realised what I said.
Who the hell says Luncheon these days?
I do not know where that came from or why I said it, but it has at least provided some light relief.
