First of all, Happy Holidays to everyone here!!
Second, I have decided to rewrite my Rich Text Editor project in C#, which is now my primary development language. I am going to add a bunch of Windows 7 features to the application, such as Jumplists, Task Dialogs, Application Restart and Recovery, and so on. I will also be implementing an automatic updater for the application.
Does anyone here have any ideas for other AddIns I can create for the application? The ones I already have in mind are a scripting AddIn (IronPython by default, has extensibility points for other languages) and a Web Browser AddIn (either CEF or GeckoFX. Or Both. ). The updater will also be its own AddIn.

Go on, add a XAML editor. That would be majorly cool.

It's a Windows Forms project. I could work on using the Winforms <-> WPF interop stuff, but I think I will stay out of that right now.

If you want it to sell like the proverbial hotcakes, make a term paper add-in. Put in a search box for the topic, and a textbox for page count, then have it search the Web for relevant content to copy for the body, and links for an automatic bibliography and footnote generator. The output should be a completed term paper of the specified length containing not one word of original content, other than the student's name and class section. Trust me; grad students will pay megabucks for this...

Of course, the CS geek won't tell anyone about the freeware search engine for 'generated' term papers he sent anonymously to the department head...
