What's up with #14 and #17? 
This is a C++ quiz so #8 should be string mystr instead of char mystr[20].
There is no right answer to #11.
The answer to #15 is either (char) value or char (value) not atoi().
The answer to #18 is 0 not 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0
The answer to #19 should be 13 not 22.
The answer to #20 is 0 not 1.

In the past I've had C++ phone interview questions where some of the answers have been wrong. When this first happened I had little experience and didn't stand my ground, especially as I'd definitely got some other answers wrong. But the next time it happened I just stood my ground.
There should be no excuse for interviewers getting their own answers wrong though. They have prior access to all the knowledge.
