MantisBT. Implemented this in my previous job and it was pretty good. Haven't kept up on how it's going, but I know it can integrate with Version Control tools, plus I'm believe it's got SmartPhone support now too.

We use Mantis too. Had a few probs converting the PHP to MS.SQL server, but once those were fixed, it's been great.
We use SVN for source control, in case anybody cares

I'm thinking either Regency Park, South Australia or Bundaberg, Queensland. Any locals that save money on not having to fly will be handicapped by paying portions of my drinking tab.

I'm guessing my work proxy doesn't like the "skydrive". They typically block URL's for services that can be used to share files.

It's the element inspector in Firefox.
Open an instance of Firefox. Browse to some webpage. Right-Click any element on that webpage. Click 'Inspect Element'.
Click the '3D View' Button on the toolbar at the bottom. Click and drag.
