We are so set on
"Out with the old, in with the new."
Yet, so many of us
still nar have a clue.
From thence we've learned
to yonder we daily do slave
On about 12 years old
unto the lonely, cold grave.
That each day as light
shines from the eastern sky
(and some of us code
24/7 'til the day we die!)
To tell a story
upon web page or desktop app
Testing, testing, testing,
[Time for a quick nap.]
May it always be said
our toil not be in vain,
To ship a solid product,
lest we need to compile again.
