I need one. Now!

Come to think of it, I have a crappy Chinese SKS I picked up for $70 several years ago in the closet that has a stock which looks like it's been well chewed by deranged beavers. Rather than investing money in putting a quality stock on this cheap trash of an "assault weapon" (aka, monkey copy for the targeting market), maybe it would be more fun to fabricate something along this line. My current tool of choice is Ryobi - their One+ line of 18V power tools is truly excellent - but the SKS doesn't have a removable magazine. Still, I should be able to fabricate a snap-on cover for the hinged box magazine that looks just like a Ryobi battery pack. That would be very cool to take into Home Depot and ask for replacement parts. Big Grin | :-D
