What exactly are you trying to do?
You could use any of the various boards, Arduino, RasPi, PICs etc. control the robot hardware with that, and send the commands to the boards via a serial link to a program written in C#.
There a millions of resources on the net, search and you shall find!
There are also sites like hackedgadgets, hackaday, the Arduino homepage etc., then there are user groups/communities on G+ and FB.

The answer is of course, sure, it's possible.
The things is that every hardware has it's interface, or basic set of functions that operate it.
There are many sources, and groups, open of closed source etc ...
Depending on your robot hardware interface, you will build a layer of code to manipulate it.
I'd suggest you be more specific about your Robot system spec, provide us some details.

Yes, it is Tuesday.
More to the point, it is going home Tuesday, the weekend starts today. Looking forward to the 3 weeks off.
Looking at the forecast, Thursday and Friday looks like good days for going skiing. Ordered a chest harness for my GoPro so have to take that for a spin.
Tomorrows forecast looks like heavy snow on the hills although extremely windy, so that will be a stay at home day. Mind you it is a bit blowy this morning, but that is more to do with lasts nights chili!
Waiting for a ski-rack coming for the merc, and maybe then go skiing at the weekend with the wife and kids, and take there own things for a change and save waiting to hire gear.
Also, start having a play with the Raspberry Pi Eve board that arrived the day before I came offshore. This is the one from kickstarter that has the various wireless/radio transmitters on it. First project will be to try and talk to my wireless radiator thermostats. Will have to see if the company will release their protocol data.
Also plan on having another play with the Raspberry Pi gertboard, and get that article finished, and hopefully see where I can also take UltraDynamo next...
Before I know it, it will be time to come back to work.

I'm learning to make iOS apps, and in Xcode (read: Visual Studio for Macs) I expanded "Frameworks" (read: References) and Xcode crashed. I suppose I've seen strange crashes in Visual Studio, but that's usually when I'm working with something fancy. For this, I was just creating a simple app with 3 buttons and 3 labels. Wasn't even running. Pretty sad.

It's not a bug ; it's a feature

I got an email with your reply. When I clicked it in Thunderbird, my computer shut down. Another feature, I suppose.

Seems to get glowing reviews on the Mac Store as well ...
"Yikes still buggy. Breakpoints don't work at all and freeze, crash or worse... "
"Xcode isn't sober these days"
"Xcode always crashes and misbehaves randomly"
"iOS simulator also crashes when simply setting a variable to nil in a block with an EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=2,"
.... hmm ...

Holy crap! That must be targeted at the "incredibly rich and gullible" market. There's no such thing as a phone worth that much, but there's no shortage of people too stupid or vain to recognize that fact.

value = HowMuchYouCanSellItFor
As it is hand built with a saphire screen, then it's gonna cost a shedload of readies. Part of that cost is for the exclusivity.
Frankly if I had that kind of cash o throw around I'd be more inclined to buy a stack of 'normally priced' phones rather than one bleedin' expensive one
|
|
|
|

|
But what would you do with the stack of phones? They'd be pretty awkward to lug around!

Hmm. I quite fancy one, but I'm certainly not vain.

that is most probably targeted for eastern markets

Think you will find that, 7K isn't too bad! The ones on this site aren't even the really luxury ones for over 100K, but you can pick up an iP5 32GB for 15K!
How about a 1GB Platinum memory stick for £500, i think not!
