This is one of the advantages of living out in the country surrounded by farm land - almost all of what I buy is locally produced, I know the farmers, I see their animals and the vegetable plots, and it's either all organic or biodynamic, and the beef is usually 100% grass fed, although some of the farmers to grain finishing.
