I've been declared as Microsoft MVP for VC++. It's a great feeling. Thanks to this wonderful programming community.

Yesterday got my MVP status renewed for the third time. Thanks once again to almighty Lord Jesus Christ.

| First Weekend in Leuven, Belgium

Went shopping. Well what did I buy?
1. A vaccum cleaner for laptop keyboards
2. A T-Shirt
I bought these from the "C and A", and boy don't I look cool in the T-Shirt. 
Visited some places in Leuven...
1. Herent
2. Heverlee
3. Berten ( Hope I spelled it correctly ).
Well the bus drivers were surprised to see me still on the bus even after the last stop. One of them said something in Dutch which I didn't understand, well he was saying that this was the last stop ( AS IF I DIDN'T KNOW  )
I do have a monthly ticket with me and this helps me to go around places in Leuven on "De Lijn" ( The bus service here ). Well I made friendship with a bus driver and this helps.  He gave me some information on the buses plying in Leuven. Buses having Four digit id's are goverment buses and the other one's are private.
I do plan to have more fun this weekend. I do have pictures, on my Mobile though  .

Pretty cool climate so far, the Sun playing hide and seek hence providing ideal weather for me though. People here are not so much enjoying.

Heh, leaving for belgium on 29th June 2007. Though a bit worried since it's my first trip.
Leaving my mother back home alone is a bit tough choice to make. She is also pretty supportive. Funny part is she is worried about me going. He he.
Will be posting more on my experience there!

I was wondering how those little things can cheer you up.
There is a guard in our office who says good morning to everybody who comes in. Sometimes you can see a stream of employees coming in, but still he says good morning to everybody. Hearing that good morning cheers me up.
Today I didn't see him, someone else is on duty, no good morning, neither did I say good morning. My fault.
I was wondering how much good a good morning does.

Looks good.
MP3 player, Video, Voice, Call recording, Camera. Had to fight it out with my mother to make a her think that I needed this badly. Hehe.

Yesterday for the first time I did take a look at vista. Did not spend much time. I was impressed. Startup time has gone down, starts pretty quickly, and as always with MS, looked good. Can't say how it will work out.
My computer window looks cool with those progress bars on drive icons telling you how much space is being used.
Alt + Tab behavior look has changed with window previews being displayed.
So far so good.
I doubt if anyone can beat MS in dealing with look and feel and understanding user requirements.

Happy day for me.
Our project was accepted with zero bugs. Hurray.
This project was a license management system for a well known company. Phase 1 of this project was accepted with zero bugs, Phase2 also passed out today with zero bugs.
Happy days ahead!!

| Having eye problems!

Went to an eye specialist to check what's wrong. He told long hours on the computer is causing the problem. (That's sooooo true )
He suggested me to do these things!
1. Occasionally you must blink your eyes (minimum 30 times a minute  ). Normally people working on computers forget to do that since they are concentrating hard and they don't care whether they blink or not.
2. Occasionally take your eyes of the computer.
3. A good pair of spectacles. I didn't want this .
But guess what I am having a jolly good time working.
