I updated my article “Simple Class to catch unhandled Exceptions in WinForms”. I found that information about unhandled exception that could be sent by end-user to the Microsoft using embedded Windows dialog could be accessible: it may be expensive - you have to buy a VeriSign digital certificate costs from $499 but still possible.
