Thank you for very interesting and informative article. I am originally from Colorado but now live and work in Breckenridge - one of the best ski resorts in the world. I wish I had more clients from Colorado and former republics. They almost always know what they want and buy quickly. Our market slowed down in fall 2008 but hopefully it will improve by the summer 2009. The chief NAR economist says that Colorado real estate market has good chances to recover soon.
