If you just want to see that how much of yours points counting if you're rating 5.
for example If I'm rating 5 then OP will get 10 points.
Follow the procedure.
1)Note my reputation score.
2)Rate this message a 5*.
3)Check my reputation score now.
Change is the answer.

To get a code project MVP you need to write articles thar are well received and then answer the questions in the different programming forums and question and answer section.
For getting a mentor status I am not sure but it would be something like helping the people out in improving their article contents and similar stuffs.

This can be done only once we are mentor otherwise we can't see the article. So for this I think We need to say manually to Chris that I am interested to become a mentor so he will give us that right.

Please don't be hurry. Wait for sometime and keep up the good work. Help people as much as you can in CP by answering their queries and also try to publish some good articles. It is not like that, you have to be mentor to help others. Without being a Mentor too, you can help my answering forum queries. Keep writing articles. This will increase your reputation points and once the reputation points reach the desired amount, you will be able to see others unpublished articles (No need to mention, only Mentors can see). Once you get that much points, you will be eligible for CP Mentorship.
Hope this answered your query. Keep up the good work. Reach me anytime whenever you need any help either CP or anything else. I will try to help you as my level best.
