As a freelancer, the only possible option for me would be the "You" one, but this wouldn't make much sense (it does not reflect the situation in some sort of company). I am not a boss, I just decided not to have one - that's a big difference.
I work in different companies, where different people are in the driver's seat for different reasons.
And btw: the "Other" option in a multiple choice question is just like the Recycle Bin on the Windows desktop - using it doesn't make the whole system perform better.  Essentially it says: I don't know (or don't care), but I want to state that.

They aren't actually "in your company" though. Shareholders will certainly influence the direction a company takes according stategic, financial and marketing concerns from both the CEO and CFO, but they have to work through these people.

Ethically, the client and the result/objective driven process should be commanding a greater authority. But at least from this part of hemisphere, politically driven middle managers, out of their vested greed for more power and potential go astray fleecing the subordinates.

Clients really are the most important people in a certain sense. But they usually don't have any influence on the internal workings of a company - and they shouldn't.
So I think you are confusing the decision making process of a company with its culture (which has to be indeed client-centric)...

Yes, but doesn't "in your company" mean those who are employed by or are part of the company? If you include clients, then you'll also have to include other external factors like the government, [edit] shareholders, as posted above [/edit], etc...
