As a freelancer, the only possible option for me would be the "You" one, but this wouldn't make much sense (it does not reflect the situation in some sort of company). I am not a boss, I just decided not to have one - that's a big difference.

I work in different companies, where different people are in the driver's seat for different reasons.

And btw: the "Other" option in a multiple choice question is just like the Recycle Bin on the Windows desktop - using it doesn't make the whole system perform better. Roll eyes | :rolleyes: Essentially it says: I don't know (or don't care), but I want to state that.
