This if from my personal experience. Applying multiple times does not help too much ! If you have applied, someone will definitely review / reviewing your content and activities. Keep continuing your good work. Will get the good news soon. Generally it takes time 3-6 months after nomination and based on previous contribution as well. For Sandeep it took almost a year. But. the main thing is he got it !!
